Ingredients
Scale
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup acorn-shaped candies
1 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip the top of each mini pretzel into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
Press an acorn-shaped candy onto the chocolate-dipped pretzel to create the ‘cap’ of the acorn.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the chocolate to resemble the acorn’s texture.
Place the completed treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For a fun variation, use different types of chocolate (milk, dark, or white) for dipping.
These treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
Consider using different candies for the acorn cap for a unique twist.
