Ingredients
Scale
2 lbs pork ribs
1 cup cola
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Slider buns
Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cola, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the pork ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing them into smaller pieces for sliders.
Assemble the sliders by placing the rib pieces on slider buns and adding coleslaw if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add your favorite spices to the marinade.
These sliders pair well with pickles and jalapeños for added crunch.
Leftover ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
