Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Red food coloring
  • Chocolate chips for pupils
  • Gummy worms (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and red food coloring to the other, mixing well.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the green mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form eyeball shapes.
  5. Once the green mixture is set, use the red mixture to create veins by drizzling it over the green eyeballs.
  6. Place a chocolate chip in the center of each eyeball for the pupil.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  8. Serve with gummy worms for a spooky effect, if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the chocolate cool slightly before adding food coloring to avoid seizing.
  • These treats can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to get creative with colors and decorations!
