Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Black food coloring
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Red gel icing

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and mix well.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the green mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form eyeball shapes.
  5. In the second bowl, add black food coloring to create the pupils. Use a small amount to create dots on the green eyeballs.
  6. Place mini chocolate chips in the center of the black dots for added effect.
  7. Once set, use red gel icing to create veins on the eyeballs.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then serve as a spooky Halloween treat!

Notes

  • Make sure to let the chocolate cool slightly before adding food coloring.
  • These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to experiment with different colors for the eyeballs!
