Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Set aside to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Layer the crushed Halloween-themed cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
