  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 loaf of bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the cubed bread, cheese, diced ham or sausage, and vegetables to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
