Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp for a different protein option.
  • This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
