Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the steaks to the hot grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat and drizzle the garlic butter over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Pair with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
