  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding by whisking the pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers followed by half of the chocolate pudding.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and chocolate pudding.
  8. Top with crushed peppermint candies for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
