Ingredients
Scale
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 small bell pepper (orange or yellow, for decoration)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Once chilled, remove from the wrap and place on a serving platter.
Use the chopped parsley to cover the cheese ball, creating a pumpkin-like appearance.
Cut the bell pepper in half and place it on top of the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin stem.
Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
Feel free to substitute the cheeses based on your preference.
