Ingredients
Scale
1 box brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
Black decorating gel
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well blended.
Pour the brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the brownie bites cool completely in the tin.
Melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag and pipe a spiral pattern on top of each brownie bite.
Use the black decorating gel to create spiderweb lines radiating from the center of the spiral.
Allow the decorations to set before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the brownie batter.
Make sure the brownie bites are completely cool before decorating to prevent the chocolate from melting.
These can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
